With a deep commitment to improving how schools understand and support their students, our founder established Ripples NextGen to bridge the gap between psychometric science and everyday educational practice.

They believe that every student deserves to be understood holistically, and that the right data, interpreted with care, can transform lives. Their background, although not in educational psychology, or student counselling, brings both academic rigour and hands-on experience to every engagement.

When not working with schools, they are passionate about mentoring young professionals and contributing to educational research in the region.
